Peace Zone BD offers several convenient payment options for customers purchasing or renting medical equipment in Bangladesh.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the product, order value, delivery arrangement, rental service, and current payment options. Customers should confirm the applicable payment method before completing an order when necessary.

Available Payment Methods

Peace Zone BD currently supports payment through:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Debit or Credit Card
  • Mobile Banking
  • Bank Transfer
  • Advance or Partial Payment where required
  • Rental Payment according to the applicable rental arrangement

Not every payment method or advance-payment requirement applies to every order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible Peace Zone BD orders.

When COD is available, customers can pay the applicable order amount when the product is delivered.

COD availability may depend on:

  • Product type
  • Order value
  • Delivery location
  • Delivery method
  • Other order-specific conditions

If COD is not available for a particular order, Peace Zone BD will inform the customer before confirming the order.

Debit and Credit Card Payments

Customers may pay using supported debit or credit cards where card payment is available through the Peace Zone BD checkout or applicable payment system.

The card types and payment options displayed during checkout will determine which cards are currently supported.

Card payments may be processed through a third-party payment gateway or financial service provider. The payment provider may apply its own terms, security procedures, and transaction requirements.

Peace Zone BD does not need your card PIN, online banking password, or OTP to manually confirm an order.

Mobile Banking

Peace Zone BD accepts supported mobile banking payments.

The exact mobile banking option and payment instructions should be confirmed through the checkout or directly with Peace Zone BD before sending payment.

When making a mobile banking payment, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name or phone number
  • Amount paid
  • Transaction ID
  • Payment screenshot where necessary

Please keep the transaction confirmation until your order has been successfully completed.

Bank Transfer

Customers may also pay by bank transfer where applicable.

Because bank details and payment requirements may depend on the specific transaction, please contact Peace Zone BD for the current authorized bank-transfer details before making a payment.

After completing a bank transfer, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number
  • Transfer amount
  • Transaction/reference number
  • Deposit slip or payment confirmation

An order requiring bank transfer may be confirmed after the payment has been verified.

Advance Payment

Advance payment is not automatically required for every order.

Depending on the specific order, Peace Zone BD may request:

  • No advance payment
  • Partial advance payment
  • Full advance payment

Any advance-payment requirement will be communicated to the customer before the order is finalized.

Customers should not assume that an advance payment is required unless Peace Zone BD has confirmed it for that particular order.

Rental Payments

Payment terms for rental equipment may differ from normal product purchases.

Depending on the rental arrangement, customers may be asked to pay:

  • Rental charge
  • Advance rental payment
  • Security deposit, where applicable
  • Delivery or collection charge
  • Extension charge where applicable
  • Other agreed rental-related costs

The exact rental payment terms depend on the equipment and rental arrangement.

Customers should confirm the applicable payment terms before renting CPAP machines, BiPAP machines, oxygen concentrators, oxygen cylinders, or other equipment.

Payment for Rental Extensions

If a customer wants to extend an existing rental period, any additional rental payment should be confirmed with Peace Zone BD before the current rental period ends.

The previous rental price should not automatically be assumed to apply to an extension unless confirmed.

Payment Confirmation

After making an advance, mobile banking, card, or bank-transfer payment, please keep your payment confirmation.

Where necessary, Peace Zone BD may request:

  • Order ID
  • Transaction ID
  • Amount paid
  • Customer phone number
  • Payment confirmation or screenshot

Payment-dependent orders may be processed after the payment has been successfully verified.

Payment Security

For your security:

  • Only make payments using payment details officially provided by Peace Zone BD.
  • Verify the payment recipient before sending money.
  • Never share your card PIN.
  • Never share your mobile banking PIN.
  • Never share your internet banking password.
  • Never share an OTP with anyone claiming to process your Peace Zone BD order.
  • Keep your transaction ID or payment receipt until the order is complete.

If you receive suspicious payment instructions, contact Peace Zone BD before sending any money.

Incorrect or Failed Payments

If a payment fails, is duplicated, or appears to have been sent incorrectly, contact Peace Zone BD as soon as possible.

Please provide the available transaction information so our team can review the issue.

Do not make repeated payments for the same order unless the previous transaction has been confirmed as unsuccessful.

Refunds

Any approved payment refund will be handled according to our:

Approved refunds are normally processed according to the applicable refund terms and payment method.

Pricing and Payment Amount
