Shipping & Delivery Policy
Peace Zone BD delivers eligible medical equipment and respiratory care products across Bangladesh. Our goal is to provide a clear and reliable delivery process so customers know what to expect before confirming an order.
Delivery Coverage
Peace Zone BD arranges delivery to customers across Bangladesh, including Dhaka and locations outside Dhaka, subject to product availability, destination, package size, and applicable delivery conditions.
Some rental and refill services may be available only within specific service areas. Please contact our team before placing a rental or refill order to confirm whether service is available at your location.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges may vary depending on the product type, package size, destination, and current delivery terms. Some orders or products may qualify for free delivery when this is stated on the website or confirmed by Peace Zone BD.
Before confirming your order, please check the applicable delivery charge with our team if it is not clearly shown during the ordering process.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the product, stock availability, destination, and delivery arrangement.
Because delivery conditions may vary, Peace Zone BD does not guarantee the same delivery time for every order. Customers should confirm the estimated delivery time before finalizing an order, especially for urgent medical equipment requirements.
Order Processing
Before delivery is arranged, Peace Zone BD may confirm:
- Product availability
- Delivery location
- Applicable delivery terms
- Product or model requirements
- Current pricing
- Any relevant service or rental conditions
For respiratory therapy equipment, customers may also be asked to confirm the required device type, prescription, or technical requirements so that the correct product can be selected before delivery.
Delivery of Medical Equipment
Products such as CPAP machines, BiPAP machines, oxygen concentrators, oxygen cylinders, masks, accessories, and other eligible medical equipment may be delivered across Bangladesh according to current stock and delivery conditions.
Customers should confirm product specifications, compatibility, and therapy requirements before ordering. CPAP, BiPAP, and oxygen therapy equipment should be selected and used according to appropriate medical or professional guidance.
Rental and Refill Delivery
Rental and refill services may have different delivery coverage from regular product purchases.
For rental products such as CPAP machines, BiPAP machines, oxygen concentrators, or oxygen cylinders, customers should confirm:
- Current availability
- Delivery area
- Rental duration
- Applicable rental rate
- Deposit, if applicable
- Included accessories
- Return arrangements
- Extension terms
Rental and refill services may be limited to selected service areas.
Failed or Delayed Delivery
Delivery may be delayed if:
- The customer cannot be contacted
- The delivery address is incomplete or incorrect
- The product becomes unavailable before dispatch
- The destination requires additional delivery arrangements
- Weather, transport, courier, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control affect delivery
If there is a delivery problem, customers should contact Peace Zone BD so the order status can be checked and the next available delivery arrangement can be discussed.
Checking Your Order Before Delivery
Before confirming an order, customers are encouraged to verify:
- Product name and model
- Current price
- Stock availability
- Delivery location
- Delivery charge, if applicable
- Estimated delivery time
- Product specifications
- Warranty information, where applicable
- Package contents, where applicable
Product availability, pricing, warranty, and package contents may vary by brand, model, and supplier terms.
