These Rental Terms & Conditions apply to medical equipment rented from Peace Zone BD.
Peace Zone BD may provide rental options for selected medical equipment, including CPAP machines, BiPAP machines, oxygen concentrators, oxygen cylinders, and other equipment where rental service is currently available.
Rental availability, duration, price, equipment model, accessories, delivery coverage, and other terms may vary depending on the product and current inventory.
Customers should review and confirm the applicable rental details before completing a booking.
1. Rental Availability
Rental equipment is subject to current availability.
The availability of a product on the Peace Zone BD website does not guarantee that a specific brand, model, capacity, or unit will be available at the exact time requested.
Before confirming a rental, customers should verify:
- Equipment type
- Brand and model where applicable
- Current availability
- Rental period
- Rental price
- Included accessories
- Delivery or pickup arrangement
- Equipment condition
- Extension terms
Peace Zone BD may offer an appropriate available unit based on the customer’s requirements and current rental inventory.
2. Rental Period
Rental periods vary depending on the equipment and selected rental plan.
The available duration for each rental product should be confirmed from the applicable product page or directly with Peace Zone BD before booking.
Examples of rental plans currently offered by Peace Zone BD may include short-term and monthly options.
A customer should not assume that every rental product is available for the same duration.
3. Rental Charges
Rental charges vary according to:
- Equipment type
- Rental duration
- Model or capacity
- Current rental availability
- Accessories or services included
- Delivery arrangement
- Other applicable rental conditions
The rental price displayed on the relevant product page or confirmed by Peace Zone BD for the booking will apply to that rental.
Customers should confirm exactly what period the displayed rental price covers before making payment.
Rental prices may be updated from time to time.
4. Equipment Selection
Medical equipment should be selected according to the user’s actual requirements.
For CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen concentrator, and oxygen cylinder rentals, customers should provide the relevant requirement where applicable, such as:
- Required equipment type
- Prescribed pressure or therapy type
- Prescribed oxygen flow
- Expected rental duration
- Delivery location
- Required accessories
Peace Zone BD may help explain available rental options, but medical equipment should be used according to appropriate professional or healthcare guidance.
5. Security Deposit
A security deposit is not automatically assumed for every rental.
If a security deposit applies to a particular rental, Peace Zone BD will inform the customer of:
- Deposit amount
- Payment requirement
- Conditions for refund
- Possible deductions
- Deposit-return process
before the rental is confirmed.
Customers should confirm whether a deposit applies to their specific rental before payment.
6. Identification or Documents
Identification or supporting documents may be requested for a rental only where required for the applicable equipment or rental arrangement.
If any identification, address confirmation, rental agreement, or other document is required, Peace Zone BD will communicate this requirement before completing the rental.
Customers must provide accurate information where documentation is required.
7. Delivery and Pickup
Rental equipment may be delivered within the applicable service area according to:
- Equipment availability
- Customer location
- Rental type
- Delivery arrangement
- Current service coverage
Some rental services may be limited to Dhaka or selected service areas.
Before booking, customers should confirm:
- Whether delivery is available
- Applicable delivery charge, if any
- Expected delivery time
- Whether setup is included
- Return or pickup arrangement
Delivery terms for rental equipment may differ from normal product purchases.
8. Equipment Condition at Handover
Peace Zone BD aims to provide rental equipment in usable condition appropriate for the agreed rental service.
Customers should inspect the equipment after receiving it and report any obvious issue promptly.
Where applicable, customers should check:
- Equipment condition
- Power accessories
- Tubing
- Mask or cannula
- Flowmeter
- Humidifier
- Other included accessories
Any missing or damaged item should be reported as soon as possible after delivery.
9. Use of Rental Equipment
Customers must use rental equipment:
- For its intended purpose
- According to manufacturer instructions
- According to applicable medical guidance
- With reasonable care
- Without unauthorized modification
Customers must not:
- Open or tamper with internal components
- Attempt unauthorized repairs
- Modify the device
- Use incompatible accessories where this may damage the equipment
- Transfer or resell rented equipment as their own property
Rental equipment remains the property of Peace Zone BD or the applicable equipment owner throughout the rental period.
10. Medical Use and Therapy Settings
Customers are responsible for following appropriate medical guidance when using respiratory or oxygen equipment.
Peace Zone BD does not recommend changing prescribed CPAP, BiPAP, or oxygen therapy settings simply to reduce rental cost, increase backup time, or extend equipment use.
If a customer is unsure about:
- Pressure settings
- Oxygen flow
- Therapy mode
- Mask selection
- Oxygen delivery method
they should consult an appropriate healthcare professional.
11. Included Accessories
Accessories included with a rental depend on the product and rental package.
Depending on the equipment, a rental may include items such as:
- Power adapter or cable
- Tubing
- Humidifier
- Mask
- Flowmeter
- Nasal cannula
- Oxygen mask
- Other applicable accessories
Customers must confirm the exact package contents before booking.
An accessory should not be assumed to be included unless it is shown on the applicable rental page or confirmed by Peace Zone BD.
12. Consumables and Hygiene Items
Consumables and patient-contact accessories may be subject to different terms from the main rental equipment.
Items such as:
- Masks
- Filters
- Tubing
- Nasal cannulas
- Oxygen masks
- Other hygiene-sensitive items
may not always be reusable, refundable, or included in the basic rental fee.
The customer should confirm whether such items are:
- Included
- Charged separately
- New or replacement items
- Required to be returned
before booking.
13. Rental Extension
If a customer wants to keep the equipment beyond the original rental period, they should contact Peace Zone BD before the current rental period expires.
Rental extension is subject to:
- Equipment availability
- Applicable extension charge
- Existing rental status
- Any agreed terms
An extension is not automatically confirmed until Peace Zone BD approves it.
Customers should not assume that the original rental price will automatically apply to an extension.
14. Late Return
Rental equipment should be returned according to the agreed rental period.
If the customer expects a delay, they should contact Peace Zone BD before the scheduled return.
Any additional charge for an overdue rental will be discussed according to the applicable rental arrangement.
Peace Zone BD does not apply an unpublished fixed late fee through this policy.
If a specific late-return fee applies, it should be communicated to the customer before or during the rental agreement.
15. Loss or Damage
Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of rented equipment while it is in their possession.
If equipment or included accessories are:
- Lost
- Stolen
- Broken
- Physically damaged
- Misused
- Modified
- Returned with missing components
Peace Zone BD may inspect the equipment and discuss an appropriate resolution with the customer.
Any charge for repair, replacement, missing accessories, or other loss will depend on the actual damage and applicable rental agreement.
Normal wear from appropriate use should be distinguished from misuse or accidental damage.
16. Equipment Malfunction During Rental
If rented equipment develops a suspected fault during the rental period, customers should:
- Stop using the equipment if continued use may be unsafe.
- Contact Peace Zone BD.
- Explain the problem.
- Provide photos or video if requested.
- Follow the troubleshooting or service instructions provided.
Customers should not open or attempt unauthorized repair of rental equipment.
Depending on the verified issue and current availability, Peace Zone BD may arrange appropriate support, service, or replacement.
17. Oxygen Cylinder Refill
Oxygen-cylinder rental and oxygen refill are related but separate services.
Customers renting an oxygen cylinder should confirm:
- Whether the cylinder is supplied filled
- Refill arrangement
- Refill price
- Delivery or collection
- Refill service area
Never attempt to refill or modify a pressurized medical oxygen cylinder yourself.
18. Return of Rental Equipment
At the end of the rental period, the customer must return the rented equipment according to the agreed arrangement.
The returned equipment should include all items that were provided and required to be returned.
This may include:
- Main equipment
- Power accessories
- Flowmeter
- Tubing
- Humidifier
- Carrying case
- Rental accessories
- Other reusable components
Consumables or hygiene items may be treated differently depending on the rental package.
19. Inspection After Return
Peace Zone BD may inspect returned equipment to check:
- Equipment condition
- Missing components
- Damage
- Signs of misuse
- Accessories
- Other applicable rental conditions
If a deposit applies, any applicable deposit return will be handled after the relevant rental obligations have been completed and the equipment condition has been checked.

Where a refundable security deposit applies, the deposit will be handled according to the rental agreement provided for that booking.
Possible deductions may apply only where appropriate for issues such as:
- Missing rental equipment
- Missing reusable accessories
- Verified damage
- Unpaid agreed rental charges
- Other agreed rental obligations
The exact deposit amount and refund terms must be confirmed before booking.
21. Rental Cancellation
If you need to cancel a rental booking, contact Peace Zone BD as soon as possible.
Cancellation conditions may depend on whether:
- Equipment has already been reserved
- Payment has been made
- Equipment has been dispatched
- Delivery/setup has been arranged
- The rental period has started
If the equipment has not yet been dispatched or prepared, cancellation may be simpler.
If delivery or other rental-related costs have already been incurred, applicable costs may need to be considered.
Any rental-specific cancellation charge should be communicated before the booking is finalized.
22. Rental Refunds
A rental fee is payment for temporary use of equipment and should not automatically be treated the same as a normal product-purchase refund.
Any refund relating to a rental will depend on:
- Whether the rental started
- Whether equipment was delivered
- Equipment condition
- Nature of the issue
- Applicable rental agreement
- Any service already provided
If Peace Zone BD approves a rental-related refund, the applicable refund process will be communicated to the customer.
23. Changing Rental Equipment
A customer should not independently exchange or substitute rented equipment.
If another machine, capacity, mask, cylinder, or other equipment is required, please contact Peace Zone BD.
Any change is subject to:
- Availability
- Suitability
- Price difference
- Rental terms
- Applicable delivery or service charges
24. Availability of Specific Brands or Models
Rental inventory may change.
A product shown on the website does not guarantee that the same brand or exact model will always be available for rental.
Customers should confirm the available unit before booking.
Peace Zone BD will not substitute a materially different medical device without discussing the available option with the customer.
25. Customer Responsibilities
Rental customers are responsible for:

28. Changes to Rental Terms
Peace Zone BD may update rental products, rental prices, available durations, service areas, equipment availability, or these Rental Terms from time to time.
The terms confirmed for an existing rental should not be changed retrospectively without appropriate agreement.
